New Style Advisor Guide, Seasonal Catalogs, Leadership School Workbook & New Advisor Workbook
I was hired as the sole Graphic Designer to create and maintain the e-commerce site, managed email marketing, and multiple print and digital products. I collaborated closely with the owners and Managing Sales Directors of our Style Advisors to develop a comprehensive marketing guide, the New Advisor Guide, for our new incoming sales partners.
This guide clearly defined the brand and ensured that our Style Advisors had consistent marketing materials. Additionally, it provided a cohesive strategy to recruiting new advisors, resulting in a 25% increase in new partner growth in the first month after its release at our Vegas Conference. Ultimately, this initiative led to the creation of the Leadership School and the New Advisor Workbook.
FOSSIL: WATCH STATION

The design projects entailed various signage for the Watch Station stores, with the largest component being a wall cover announcing the opening of a new store. The file was so large that it took hours to send to Germany, but it successfully arrived.
Our team consisted of three members: an Art Director, a Designer focused on print, and myself, handling both digital and print tasks. Additionally, I created product catalogs for Fossil (Print Production) before being promoted to Watch Station.
SALLY BEAUTY

The print design encompassed all types of signage used in Sally Beauty stores, including poppers, signs, and weekly papers. Our team consisted of five designers who worked on both digital and print materials. Some of the graphic were specifically created for the international locations, as demonstrated in our stores in Peru. These locations featured a new and fresh design element different from stateside the Sally Beauty stores.
